ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA

With this Press release, LINEA Čačak, Vojvode Stepe 93, PIB: 101109113, service users are acquainted with the principles of processing, the right to protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data, the rights of data subjects, obligations controllers and processors of personal data, code of conduct, transfer of personal data to other countries and international organizations, supervision over the implementation of this law, legal remedies, liability and penalties in case of violation of the rights of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data.
The protection of personal data is regulated by the Law on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter: the Law), which is primarily applied and on the basis of which the Statement is issued.
The main motive and goal of this announcement is to ensure the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, and especially their right to protection of personal data, to which our company pays great attention.

Terms:
1) "personal data" is any data relating to a natural person whose identity has been determined or determined, directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identity mark, such as name and identification number, location data, identifiers in electronic communications networks or one or more features of his physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural and social identity;
2) "data subject" is a natural person whose personal data are processed;
3) "processing of personal data" is any action or set of actions performed automatically or non-automated with personal data or their sets, such as collecting, recording, sorting, grouping, ie structuring, storing, matching or changing, disclosing, insight, use, disclosure by transmission, ie delivery, duplication, dissemination or otherwise making available, comparing, restricting, deleting or destroying (hereinafter: processing);
4) "operator" is a natural or legal person, ie a government body that independently or together with others determines the purpose and manner of processing. The law which determines the purpose and manner of processing may also determine the controller or prescribe the conditions for its determination;
5) "processor" is a natural or legal person, ie a government body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller;

Personality data must:
1) be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject ("legality, fairness and transparency"). Legal processing is processing that is performed in accordance with the law, ie other law that regulates processing;
2) be collected for purposes that are specifically specified, explicit, justified and lawful and still cannot be processed in a manner inconsistent with those purposes ("restriction on the purpose of processing");
3) be appropriate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purpose of processing ("data minimization");
4) be accurate and, if necessary, updated. Taking into account the purpose of the processing, all reasonable measures must be taken to ensure that inaccurate personal data are deleted or corrected without delay ("accuracy");
5) be kept in a form that enables the identification of the person only within the period necessary for achieving the purpose of processing ("storage restriction");
6) be processed in a manner that ensures adequate protection of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, as well as against accidental loss, destruction or damage through the application of appropriate technical, organizational and personnel measures ("integrity and confidentiality"). The controller is responsible for the application of the provisions of paragraph 1 of this Article and must be able to present their application ("responsibility to act").

The collection of personal data takes place primarily during the establishment of business cooperation, when data on the name and surname of a natural person, address of residence, date of birth, BPG, personal identification number, personal identification number, e-mail address and telephone number are collected.
The purpose of collecting this data is to provide information services, which is the economic activity of LINEA DOO, security and protection of service users, ensuring the publication of content on the Internet platform and mobile application in accordance with applicable regulations, and compiling and issuing financial documents in accordance with Law on Value Added Tax.

Collected personal data are stored for as long as necessary to achieve a specific purpose, or until the revocation of consent, or until the expiration of the period of time for which consent was given for processing, after which the data is deleted or made unrecognizable. The data collected during registration is stored until the deactivation of the user account.
Exceptionally, the data may be kept after the withdrawal of consent or fulfillment of the purpose, in situations when it is necessary for the performance of a legal obligation or for the submission, realization or defense of a legal claim.

Data processing is performed on the basis of the following legal criteria:
1) the person to whom the personal data refer has agreed to the processing of his / her personal data for one or more specially determined purposes;
2) processing is necessary for the execution of the contract concluded with the data subject or for the undertaking of actions, at the request of the data subject, before the conclusion of the contract;
3) processing is necessary in order to comply with the legal obligations of the operator;
4) processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person;
5) processing is necessary for the purpose of performing activities in the public interest or performing the legally prescribed powers of the operator;
6) processing is necessary in order to achieve the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party, unless those interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring protection of personal data, especially if the data subject relating to a minor

The person whose data are collected has the right to be informed of the following circumstances:
1) on the purpose of processing;
2) on the types of personal data that are processed;
3) the recipient or types of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular to recipients in other countries or international organizations;
4) on the envisaged period of keeping personal data, or if that is not possible, on the criteria for determining that period;
5) the right to request from the controller the correction or deletion of his personal data, the right to limit processing and the right to object to processing;
6) on the right to file a complaint to the Commissioner;
7) available information on the source of personal data, if personal data have not been collected from the persons to whom they refer;
8) on the existence of an automated decision-making procedure, including profiling referred to in Article 38, para. 1 and 4 of this Law, and, at least in those cases, relevant information on the logic used, as well as on the significance and expected consequences of that processing for the data subject.

In the case when processing is necessary in order to achieve the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party, unless those interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring personal data protection, and especially if the data subject data refer to a minor, the user will be informed of the basis of data collection.

During processing, LINEA DOO appears in most cases in the function of the Data Manager of Article 2, paragraph 1, item 4 of this Announcement.
Data processing is performed in order to efficiently and functionally perform information services that represent the content of services provided by LINEA DOO to its clients, provide legal security and protect clients from all types of abuse and manipulation on the market, enable uninterrupted and continuous use of the website and mobile application.

The data subject has the right to have his / her incorrect personal data corrected, supplemented and updated without undue delay. Depending on the purpose of the processing, the data subject has the right to supplement his / her incomplete personal data, which includes giving an additional statement. A person may request that his or her personal data be deleted by the controller.
If part of the data is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations, only the data that are not necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations will be deleted.
The person whose data is collected and processed may file an objection to the collection, request for amendment, supplement or update as well as deletion of the collected data to the following e-mail address linea.cacak@gmail.com. LINEA DOO will respond to this request as soon as possible and within 90 days at the latest.
11.
The person has the right to request a restriction on data processing in accordance with the provisions of the law. LINEA DOO will inform all recipients to whom personal data have been disclosed of any correction or deletion of personal data or restriction of their processing, unless this is impossible or requires an excessive expenditure of time and resources.
The data subject has the right to receive his / her personal data previously submitted to the controller in a structured, commonly used and electronically legible form and has the right to transfer this data to another controller without interference by the controller to whom the data were provided. , under the conditions prescribed by law.

If he considers that this is justified in relation to the special situation in which he finds himself, the data subject has the right to object to the controller at any time to the processing of his personal data.
The person has the right to revoke or withdraw the given consent for data collection at any time, after which LINEA DOO is obliged to suspend the processing of personal data as well as to delete them, in the manner provided for above.
Withdrawal of consent can be done by sending a statement of revocation to the email linea.cacak@gmailcom. Questions, complaints, requests and additional information regarding the Privacy Notice, protection of personal data and the exercise of your rights can be sent by sending an email to linea.cacak@gmail.com.

LINEA DOO employees, as well as other persons engaged in LINEA DOO on the basis of other forms of engagement, have access to the collected data, to the extent necessary to fulfill the tasks and purposes of processing and depending on the purpose of collection and our business associates, to the extent it is necessary in order to achieve specific tasks and goals.
