Delivery of goods on the territory of Serbia is done in cooperation with the courier service City express.

Delivery of goods is made on working days (Monday - Friday) in the period from 8 am to 5 pm, except on public holidays.

Delivery of the shipment is performed by the courier service within 1 to 5 working days from the day of ordering. We strive to provide customers with up-to-date and fast delivery of ordered products.

All ordered items for which delivery is made are delivered to the first door of the customer (to the entrance to the building or house).

For all possible physical damage to the product, defects in the packaging, which the customer notices during handover, it is necessary to:

- to address the person making the delivery in order to enter in the record any damages and

- it is obligatory to file a complaint in the first 24 hours from the moment of delivery, on the phone number 032 / 344-600. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the product back.

Deliveries of goods are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

SHIPPING COSTS

- For all orders weighing up to 15 kg, delivery is charged in the amount of 390 RSD. The stated delivery price is valid for each individual order that can include several products, and collectively does not exceed a weight of 15 kg.

- For orders whose total weight is from 30 to 60 kg, as well as for too heavy, bulky and separated shipments, delivery is charged in the amount of 750 RSD.

*** overweight shipment (for each individual registered package / box weighing more than 31.5 kg).

*** bulky shipment (for each individual registered package / box that exceeds the dimensions of 60x60x60 cm, ie corresponds to the sum of the length and volume of the package at the widest point transversely up to a maximum of 250 cm, with the largest shipment size being up to 150 cm).

*** separate shipment (for each individual registered package / box by the ordering party whose content requires special attention and as such bears a warning label - fragile content).

*** for each individual package weighing more than 70 kg with a total page length over 250 cm will be treated as two pieces

The buyer pays the delivery costs to the courier when delivering the ordered goods.

RESTRICTIONS ON THE DELIVERY OF GOODS

Delivery of goods is made on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, Kosovo and Metohija, BiH and Montenegro. For delivery of packages outside the territory of Serbia, the delivery deadline is 4.5 working days. Delivery price on request.

DELIVERY WITH TWO PERFORMERS

LINEA in cooperation with the courier service City express offers the possibility of delivery of dimensional shipments with two executors.

This option includes:

- Delivery of dimensional shipments on the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia (except Kosovo and Metohija),

- Delivery of packages of smaller dimensions and weight as part of the basic shipment,

- Delivery of shipments to the recipient with the entry of the shipment in the desired room,

- Unpacking the shipment, visual inspection with the recipient,

- Taking out packaging according to the recipient's wishes,

and according to the valid price lists of the courier service.
